K.IA.SA. LTD ("we", "our", or "us") operates a family of mobile applications designed for social entertainment and group play. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of everyone who uses our applications. This document explains what information, if any, is handled when you use our apps, and how that information is treated.
This policy applies to the following applications:
Most Likely To, Never Have I Ever, Couples Game, Would You Rather, How Well Do You Know Me, Charades, 5 Second Rule, Truth or Dare.
Our applications do not require account creation, registration, or sign-in of any kind. We do not ask for or store your name, email address, phone number, physical address, date of birth, or any other personally identifiable information. There are no user profiles, no social logins, and no contact list access.
We do not integrate advertising networks, behavioral analytics platforms, or attribution tracking services such as AppsFlyer, Firebase Analytics, Amplitude, or Mixpanel. No advertising identifier (IDFA) is collected or transmitted.
Certain preferences and usage states are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms (UserDefaults). These include settings such as whether you have completed the introductory walkthrough, your selected content categories, and bookmarked items. This data never leaves your device and is automatically removed if you uninstall the application.
Game content (questions, prompts, and card decks) is retrieved from our servers powered by Supabase, a cloud database platform. These requests are made anonymously; no personal information, device identifiers, or user tokens are transmitted with these requests. Only the content itself is transferred to your device.
Our applications offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions managed entirely through Apple's in-app purchase infrastructure. Payment processing, billing, and receipt validation are handled by Apple. We do not receive, store, or have access to your credit card details, Apple ID credentials, or billing address.
We use Apphud, a subscription analytics platform, to manage paywall presentation and verify subscription status. Apphud receives an anonymous device identifier (IDFV — Identifier for Vendor) and Apple purchase receipts to determine whether a valid subscription exists. Apphud does not receive your name, email, or any contact information. You can review Apphud's privacy practices at apphud.com/privacy-policy.
In the event that a refund is requested for a purchase made within any of our applications, we may share certain transaction-related data with Apple to assist in evaluating the request. This data may include an anonymized user identifier, the duration of app usage, total spending within the application, and the total amount previously refunded. No personally identifiable information is disclosed during this process.
Our applications are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children. Because our apps do not collect personal data from any user, there is no risk of inadvertent collection from minors. If you believe a child has somehow provided personal information through our applications, please contact us and we will promptly investigate.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you are entitled to certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. Because our applications do not collect or store personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, export, or delete. Your on-device preferences can be removed at any time by uninstalling the application. Should our data practices change in the future, we will update this policy and provide mechanisms for exercising your rights.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act grants you the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale. We do not collect, sell, or share personal information as defined by the CCPA. Because no personal data is gathered, there is nothing to disclose, delete, or opt out of.
Although we do not collect personal data, we take reasonable measures to ensure that communication between our applications and external services (Supabase, Apphud) occurs over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Local data stored on your device is protected by the security mechanisms built into iOS.
Our applications interact with the following third-party services:
Each of these services maintains its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our applications after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
